Brand & Website Strategist
Description
Produktiv is a digital venture studio that builds brands, websites, and products that perform. We launch startups, scale bold ideas, and transform early-stage products into standout digital experiences. We value speed, story, and systems—and we're looking for a Brand Strategist who’s not just creative, but also highly strategic, digitally fluent, and AI-curious.
This is a contract-to-hire role. If we align, this could evolve into a permanent position with equity, brand leadership, and long-term creative influence.
💡 What You’ll Do
🧭 Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Lead or co-lead workshops with founders, stakeholders, and venture teams to define positioning, voice, vision, and brand personality
- Build brand strategy frameworks and messaging architectures that flow seamlessly into UX, copy, and digital product experiences
- Create naming directions, communication styles, and tone-of-voice guides for early-stage brands
🎨 Creative Direction for Digital Platforms
- Drive creative direction across brand visuals, working with internal designers or providing visual leadership yourself
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, or Runway to accelerate concepting, ideation, and delivery
- Ensure brand systems come to life across web, video, motion, landing pages, and advertising
- Apply your visual thinking to help brands thrive on video-first platforms and rich web interfaces
🌐 Website & No-Code Branding
- Work closely with UX and dev teams to make sure the brand scales across no-code and low-code platforms like Webflow, Framer, and WordPress
- Translate brand identities into Figma-ready systems that support scalable web builds
- Collaborate on content structure, UI components, and design tokens to build seamless brand/product alignment
🧠 You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Have 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or digital branding
- Are a Figma master—fluent in everything from design systems and component libraries to real-time collaboration and prototyping
- Have hands-on experience with branding across Webflow, WordPress, or Framer
- Have led or facilitated brand strategy workshops and can guide founders with confidence
- Have a deep curiosity and real-world use of AI tools for creative direction, brand storytelling, and idea generation
- Are a strong communicator and love to create educational content (video walkthroughs, how-tos, Loom presentations, etc.)
- Bonus: You have a portfolio of how-to content, tutorials, or educational brand strategy/design work (and we’ll pay you extra for that)
